Description:Participants will meet every Sunday for 2 hours of yoga asana practice and meditation with Jin, certified yoga instructor and Thai yoga massage practitioner. In addition, a customized home practice regime which includes a 30 minute asana sequence and self massage technique to promote better blood circulation will be given so participants can continue their practice individually throughout the week. Through close supervision, the program will focus on assisting each participant to achieve the goal they have set for themselves.

Disciplining the Body:1. Asana practice 2. Diet and nutrition / Healthy alternative recipe 3. Home care regime
